About the Role
The Campus Administrator is responsible for supporting the smooth running of the campus, working closely with the Principal and Guidance.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for students, parents, and the community by answering phones, following up on messages, and greeting visitors.
- Monitor attendance and contact late and absent students.
- Enter and maintain accurate information in databases, the Student Information System, and records.
- Provide efficient administrative support to the campus and assist in planning school events.
- Provide reporting and data analysis as required.
- Support recruitment events, info sessions, and presentations.
- Oversee the smooth running of the campus by managing office supplies, cleaning, and service providers.
- Handle campus HR administration, including issuing teacher contracts and completing payroll documents.
- Support the Principal and Admissions Department in student admissions.
- Manage general campus administration, site management, and liaison with Head Office.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to quickly learn Student Information System/Databases.
- Highly organized multitasker with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
