About the Role
This role is responsible for the end-to-end change strategy, planning, and delivery for the Building Productivity Reforms program, applying sound change management principles and best practice methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Work with the program manager, workstream leads, and senior business analysts to build a clear understanding of current state and future state designs, processes and workflows.
- Provide subject matter expertise on change strategies, methodologies and activities.
- Effectively assess internal and external stakeholder assessments, change impact analysis, risk analysis and change resistance strategies.
- Manage projects and oversee the consistent application of the DCS change framework and standards across all programs of work.
- Ensure consistent engagement and effective change management for internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Ensure change management activities support our people and our customers through the change.
Requirements
- Strong background in communications, stakeholder engagement and/or change management.
- Demonstrated ability to create and develop change management plans and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing large stakeholder groups.
- Confident in collaborating with various teams across the business, department, government agencies, local government, industry and community.
- Background in people management or leadership skills to support a small team to grow, develop and achieve goals.
