Responsibilities
- Lead the Office of the CEO, overseeing governance, priorities, information flows, and executive support.
- Partner with the CEO and ELT to strengthen executive decision-making, operating rhythm, and enterprise delivery.
- Lead the development and coordination of Board Portfolio Reports and executive papers.
- Provide strategic analysis, advice, and recommendations on material organizational matters.
- Support CEO communications and engagements.
- Identify and elevate material issues, opportunities, and risks.
- Facilitate major enterprise projects, transformation initiatives, and cross-portfolio programs.
Requirements
- Experience working closely with CEOs, executive leaders, Boards, or senior governance forums.
- Exceptional written communication skills, including drafting and reviewing Board, Committee, and executive papers.
- Strong judgment, analytical thinking, and the ability to synthesize complex cross-portfolio information.
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives, enterprise transformation, or major enterprise programs.
- Strong commercial and financial literacy.
- Emotional intelligence, diplomacy, and comfort operating at pace in ambiguous environments.
- Experience in health, aged care, not-for-profit, or Mission-driven organizations is highly regarded.
