About the Role

Konica Minolta is seeking a Business Analyst to support, enhance, and improve our S/4HANA environment. You will leverage functional expertise in Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams in delivering scalable, well-governed SAP solutions across both business-as-usual support and project-based initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate processes and pain points into SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Configure and support SD and MM processes including sales orders, pricing, billing, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, solution designs, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
• Assess the impact of system changes across SD, MM, Finance, logistics, and warehouse integrations.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and projects through unit testing, integration testing, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers, integration specialists, and vendors to deliver reports, interfaces, and workflows.
• Provide Level 2/3 functional support and maintain accurate system and process documentation.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant or Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA SD and MM configuration and support.
• Solid understanding of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and logistics processes.
• Experience facilitating workshops and translating business needs into SAP solutions.
• Proven track record in production system support, incident management, and project delivery.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori, S/4HANA UX, and integration touchpoints like IDocs, EDI, or APIs.
• Ability to pass background checks and hold a valid Working with Children check.
