About the Role

The Operations team assists clients in shaping the future of their operations to achieve strategic goals and deliver sustainable, industry-leading business performance. Our approach focuses on sustainable impact, cost reduction, comprehensive transformation, digital tools, environmental transition, and talent attraction. Our core work is divided into Value Sourcing/Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Process Operations, and Digital Operations. The team is seeking individuals with deep expertise to support its significant expansion.

Responsibilities

Lead project teams through an efficient and effective problem-solving process from initial thought to solution.
Ensure recommendations are correct, practical, sensible, relevant, and cohesive.
Provide thought leadership at the strategic level while commanding technical and operational execution details.
Foster strong relationships through excellent communication skills.

Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization) with a focus on operations.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions, and present recommendations.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
Fluency in English and German language is required.
Willingness to travel.
Ability to take initiative, seek out new skills, and apply existing ones effectively.
Creativity and the ability to generate novel ideas to solve client problems.
Aptitude for analytical work, including data analysis and complex challenge identification.
Willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with the team.
