About the Role

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 6-7 colleagues.
Manage the HR department and its development within the management team.
Provide professional and disciplinary leadership to your team, ensuring they feel supported.
Ensure clients receive excellent service and feel well-advised.
Perform professional reviews of your team's tax declaration work.
Undertake independent professional work, including consulting, tax audits, and legal remedy proceedings.
Act as a sparring partner for partners on complex cases.
Identify with the firm, develop people, and contribute own ideas.
Conduct feedback and development discussions, quality assurance, and capacity/vacation planning.
Manage client portfolios for your team, covering a range of business types.
Ensure a satisfied, high-performing team and an attractive employer brand.
Contribute to the firm's transformation through digitalization and AI.

Requirements

Sound, broad tax expertise and firm practice across various legal forms, from sole proprietorships to corporations.
Experience in leading and developing people.
Experience in building and further developing structures and teams.
Self-responsibility and initiative: Proactively identify and address problems.
Digital work approach and openness to change.
Entrepreneurial ambition: Desire to actively shape and contribute.
Fluent German for client work.
English language skills are a plus.
Professional qualification (Berufsträger).
