About the Role
Ericsson is seeking a Playout Operations professional to maintain the technical and presentation quality of channel output, ensuring high-quality, well-presented, and error-free transmission of channels or delivery of OTT-streams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain schedules for Playout, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client guidelines.
- Conduct detailed checks to ensure all media/material is consistent with provided information, in accordance with RBM and client requirements.
- Operate computerized single and multi-channel Playout equipment per agreed procedures.
- Provide timely and effective communication with RBM Managers and clients regarding late changes or alterations.
- Log details of any incidents on the appropriate systems and escalate to the Incident Manager as needed.
- React swiftly to issues affecting transmission, utilizing emergency and manual processes to ensure minimal outage time.
