Responsibilities
- Clean and mask facades
- Prime and plaster surfaces
- Apply reinforcing compound and mesh
- Install thermal insulation composite systems
- Professionally apply facade paints
- Perform spot repairs on cracks and damage
- Perform spot repairs on textured finishes
- Apply various textured finishes
- Professionally install corner beads, drip edges, and rendering profiles
- Coordinate paints, materials, and tools appropriately
Requirements
- Completed training as a painter and varnisher
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
- Clean and meticulous work ethic
- German language skills at C1 level minimum
- Team player with good customer interaction skills
- Experience in facade repair is desirable
