About the Role
Join Ibotta's innovative team as a Marketing Project Manager, contributing to the mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. You will manage cross-functional work that brings brand and demand generation campaigns and events to life, reporting to the Head of Demand Generation B2B Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and complete cross-functional projects, including department-level planning, visibility, and day-to-day task management for the Business Marketing organization
- Review and audit current project management systems to make software and process recommendations; implement changes
- Leverage approved AI solutions to streamline processes and reporting
- Proactively anticipate and identify upcoming project risks or opportunities, managing them effectively to ensure steady progress.
- Lead meetings, assign explicit action items, and manage follow-ups
- Deliver consistent progress and status updates to project stakeholders
- Manage any competing and/or conflicting demands within project teams to maintain forward project momentum
- Lead effective project reviews and retrospectives to gather feedback, implement issue detection processes, and take action to make improvements
- Leverage partnerships with stakeholders at all levels of the business and apply creative problem-solving techniques to identify and collaboratively solve important and complex business issues

Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a project manager in a fast-paced marketing department, advertising agency or related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in Claude AI.
- Trello, Asana, or similar system preferred
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to quickly shift from one project to another
- Proven capabilities around complex process mapping
- Ability to be self-directed and perform at a high level in a dynamic environment
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with ability to manage expectations and resourcing
- Excellent written and verbal communication
