About the Role
The Senior Research & Project Officer will analyze, evaluate, and monitor NSWPF compensation systems to support business objectives. This role aims to reduce claim costs, minimize organizational compensation premiums, decrease complexity, and enhance business efficiencies. It drives projects through stakeholder collaboration and ensures the delivery of high-quality services and change programs.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking the analysis, evaluation and monitoring of NSWPF compensation systems
- Supporting business objectives to reduce claim costs and minimise the organisation compensation premiums for relevant schemes
- Reducing complexity and promoting business efficiencies
- Driving projects using effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Ensuring the delivery of high quality and innovative services and change programs
Requirements
- Must be an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen
- Must undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check
- Must obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force
