About the Role

We are looking for someone to own product for internal tooling, specifically the systems that manufacturing, delivery, or operations run on daily. You will live with your users, conducting discovery by observing work in progress, and ship weekly with a small engineering team, ruthlessly cutting scope to maintain a tight development loop. You will measure adoption honestly and eliminate features that do not provide value.

Responsibilities

Own product for internal tooling: the systems manufacturing, delivery, or operations run on daily.
Live with your users: the factory floor, the site trailer, and the ops bridge are your discovery process.
Ship weekly with a small engineering team, cutting scope ruthlessly to keep the loop tight.
Measure adoption honestly and kill features that don't earn their keep.

Requirements

PM'd internal tools or operational software with real users.
Conduct discovery by watching work happen, not by sending surveys.
Write tight, decided, buildable specs.
Killed your own feature when the data said to.
Bonus: Manufacturing, logistics, or infrastructure domains.
Bonus: SQL fluency.
Bonus: AI product experience.
