About the Role

The Senior Graphic Designer serves as a lead creative on the marketing and creative services team, driving the design and development of materials that support internal and external marketing initiatives, sales enablement, and property marketing. This role focuses on strategic communications, art direction, and the creation of high-impact documents, publications, infographics, sophisticated PowerPoint presentations, and innovative print and proposal collateral.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of customized marketing deliverables.
Participate in client team discussions to brainstorm key messages and provide thought leadership.
Design tailored graphical elements and visual concepts for documents and presentations.
Produce a wide range of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and signage.
Create sophisticated InDesign and PowerPoint presentations with interactive elements.
Perform quality control by proofreading copy for accuracy and clarity.
Provide exceptional client service by meeting deadlines and communicating proactively.
Collaborate with management and leadership to align output with business strategy.
Innovate within brand standards and operational procedures.
Develop implementation plans for new design department strategies.
Refine standards, procedures, and design tools to improve efficiency.
Manage project timelines and stakeholder communication from concept to delivery.
Provide leadership and art direction to team members.
Coach and support junior designers with technical and creative execution.
Work effectively with virtual teams across different regions.
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Recommend printing methods and oversee print production processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of graphics experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
Proven leadership experience in design and project management.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strength in advanced PowerPoint.
Strong design and page layout skills.
Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Understanding of print and assembly production processes.
Experience reviewing proofs, attending press checks, and managing print budgets.
Ability to manage a large queue of requests and multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong customer service orientation.
Professional design portfolio showcasing advanced design and layout capabilities.
