About the Role
This Service Manager role oversees a large OSHC service in Mascot Area, supporting children's development through play in engaging environments. It offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a high-quality OSHC program with the support of centralized administrative teams.
Responsibilities
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service.
- Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery in line with the NQF.
- Grow attendance to support children and families.
- Supporting positive behaviour and encouraging children's social and emotional development.
- Planning, organising and delivering engaging child-centred educational and recreational activities with the support of your team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children in a leadership position or a similar role.
- Current and valid Working with Children Check, or state-required check.
- Clear and professional communication.

Salary/Compensations
- $79,499 to $82,000 + Allowances + Super
