About the Role
Supervise and lead electrical crews in the installation or repair of electrical systems. Serve as the primary jobsite supervisor on smaller projects. Seeking career-minded individuals with a strong work history, integrity, and a desire for growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all field trades on electrical construction crews or projects.
- Conduct working estimates and take-offs with the Project Manager.
- Lay out work for lead persons and ensure timely availability of materials, tools, equipment, information, and manpower.
- Establish work schedules and man-loading charts.
- Direct crews in the installation of electrical feeders, equipment (pumps, motors, generators), control and distribution apparatus (switch gear, relays, circuit breaker panels), lighting fixtures, outlets, and related connections.
- Monitor work progress, direct crews, and schedule work according to job pace and other trades.
- Perform supervised work for production or instruction as needed.
- Handle or oversee required office correspondence and administrative paperwork, including official forms, daily reports, time sheets, and safety reports.
- Ensure crew or project safety performance, proper employee training, and compliance with safety processes and protocols.
- Investigate or assist in investigating and reporting accidents or safety incidents.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Must be able to pass a drug and background screen.
- Ability to multitask while staying organized.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive customer service skills.
- Experience in crew leading and/or acting as foreman on new ground-up construction projects.
- Experience in lighting is a plus.

Salary/Compensations
- USD $36.00 - USD $42.00 /Yr.
