About the Role

Join Capgemini as an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement programs. You will work with clients, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders to transform strategy into successful outcomes within a supportive, collaborative PMO team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex Dynamics 365CE projects and strategic initiatives
• Partner closely with stakeholders to define requirements, scope and delivery plans
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies
• Drive governance, reporting and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) projects
• Experience working for a consulting or technology vendor (essential)
• Strong project and programme management experience across multiple teams and workstreams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, DevOps or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Public sector experience (highly regarded)
• Experience using Agile lifecycle management tools such as Azure DevOps, or Jira and Confluence
