About the Role

Lead the delivery of strategically important technology initiatives that support Transgrid and Lumea's transformation and contribute to Australia's clean energy future. Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influence decision-making, and ensure project objectives align with organisational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) successfully delivering complex IT projects and programs in large, enterprise environments.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and guide high-performing project teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders and executives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities, with a focus on delivering business outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT environments, including infrastructure, applications, systems integration, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
