About the Role

Join a Collaborative Team That Keeps Business Moving. You'll play an important role in ensuring critical business communications are processed and delivered accurately and on time. Working as part of a close-knit team of four, you'll help manage the flow of incoming and outgoing mail that supports thousands of daily customer and business communications.

Responsibilities

  • Process, prepare, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and ensure proper postage is applied.
  • Deliver mail and documents to designated departments.
  • Prepare mail for scanning and route materials to the scanning center.
  • Maintain accurate records of tracked mail, including UPS, Express, and other special deliveries.
  • Monitor postal processes and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Deliver copy paper and office materials as needed.
  • Operate mailroom and printing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Drive a company vehicle when required.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and manage changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes, bins, and documents weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Reliable work history with demonstrated job stability and commitment.
  • Previous mailroom, shipping/receiving, logistics, office operations, or related experience.
  • Experience handling high-volume mail or document processing operations.
  • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States, as it is not our practice to sponsor individuals for work visas.
