About the Role

The Wafer Test Solutions team in the Americas provides high-performance, high-efficiency, and high-uptime solutions to leading semiconductor fabricators. This role leads the Solutions Engineering team to support advanced semiconductor technologies, ensuring customer competitiveness in a fast-growing market.

Responsibilities

• Lead the WTS Solution Engineers in the Americas to enable technology adoption, fab modernization, and test optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and the Industry Solution Team to grow and sustain the semiconductor test business.
• Drive value-capture initiatives by managing the technical resource pool across the customer base.
• Build, develop, and inspire a high-performance team of solution architects and engineers.
• Identify and mentor next-generation leaders.
• Allocate resources to capture profitable growth in services while balancing pre- and post-sales engineering needs.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales, or Business Development roles.
• 5+ years in management or team leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success leading teams to successful outcomes.
• Strong understanding of the Solutions Engineering role in Customer Success.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance profit and growth.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
