About the Role
United Dental Corporation is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our growing team. We are looking for a professional, organized, and patient-focused individual who enjoys creating a positive patient experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a dental practice. Specific practice placement will be discussed during the interview process. Candidates may be considered for multiple practices within the region.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist patients with treatment financing options
- Maintain patient charts and documentation
- Support office productivity through effective scheduling and communication
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Periodontal office experience
- Dental front office experience
- Experience with dental insurance verification
- Experience with treatment presentation and financial arrangements
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Experience in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments
- Bilingual skills (if applicable to market)
