About the Role

The Regional Growth Leader is responsible for the end-to-end management of the London and South region, focusing on the health and growth of the chair base, lead pipeline, member numbers, and local market presence. This role drives regional momentum by accelerating Chair launches, improving retention, increasing group sizes, converting leads, and developing the local Vistage community. Building Chairs is the primary focus, with continuous chair sourcing as a natural outcome of regular market engagement with executives and SME owners.

Responsibilities

  • Drive faster Chair launches toward the six-month time-to-launch KPI, and recruit, onboard, and sustain Building Chairs as the number one regional priority.
  • Qualify and convert regional Marketing Qualified Leads using local market knowledge.
  • Build trusted relationships with existing chairs, manage expectations, identify coaching needs, and drive retention and referrals.
  • Support existing chairs in launching additional groups.
  • Participate in regional networks, events, bodies, and Vistage Chair Groups to capitalize on local opportunities.
  • Proactively generate new group members through regional networks, introductions, and direct outreach.
  • Identify and introduce the next generation of chairs by treating every regional conversation with a senior executive as a chair-sourcing opportunity.
  • Surface live intelligence on chairs' coaching needs and group practices to the L&D function.

Requirements

  • Senior commercial or business development experience, ideally with SME owners or executives.
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills with credibility at board level.
  • Self-starting and autonomous, capable of owning a region end to end.
  • An established regional network, or the ability to build one quickly.
  • A coaching mindset and an understanding of peer-group dynamics.
  • Familiarity with the Vistage model and chair community (desirable).
  • An existing network in the target region (desirable).

Salary/Compensations

  • Competitive base salary plus performance-related bonus.
