About the Role
Lead the strategy, architecture, and performance of go-to-market campaigns globally. This senior role involves setting campaign direction, building execution frameworks for regional teams, and owning pipeline generation. Focus on campaign-level strategy, deep buyer understanding, market trend analysis, and translating insights into impactful campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy for your vertical, including audience insight, campaign theme, program architecture, content strategy, and measurement.
- Track market trends, competitor movements, buyer priorities, and emerging use cases to refine campaign strategy and timing.
- Map and understand the buyer's journey for your vertical, designing campaigns for each stage.
- Translate market and buyer intelligence into real-time campaign pivots and program adjustments.
- Partner with Portfolio Marketing to build campaigns on a foundation of validated ICP definitions, buyer personas, and differentiated messaging.
- Align on messaging hierarchy for each campaign, adapting for persona and segment.
- Co-develop campaign themes where category positioning and product narrative intersect.
- Build 1:Many global campaign programs designed for regional activation.
- Own the Digital relationship for 1:Many programs, including channel strategy, campaign briefs, audience targeting, program design, and optimization.
- Define global campaign elements (theme, messaging, strategy, briefs, content, KPIs) for regional adaptation.
- Ensure every campaign launches with a complete brief detailing audience, objectives, investment plan, content strategy, and measurement framework.
- Balance investment across program families (Reputation, Demand, Engagement, Enablement) based on vertical growth cycle.
- Own the campaign scorecard, tracking pipeline, performance, investment, and regional adoption.
- Set high standards for measurement, defining success criteria before campaign launch.
- Drive continuous optimization using performance data and market signals.
- Lead the campaign planning process, aligning Sales, Portfolio Marketing, Region/ABX, Events, Digital, and Content around shared plans and pipeline goals.
- Represent the campaign perspective in Sales planning, sequencing marketing investment for maximum revenue opportunity.
- Set the standard for briefing, documenting, and handing off global campaigns to regional teams and Digital.
Requirements
- 8–10 years in B2B demand generation, integrated campaigns, or growth marketing.
- Proven track record of leading campaigns that produced measurable pipeline.
- Operates at the strategy level, thinking in campaign architectures, buyer journeys, and program families.
- Data-forward with experience reviewing, optimizing, and measuring campaign performance.
- Translates data into insights and decisions.
- Strong commercial instincts, connecting campaign decisions to revenue outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional work, influencing without authority and driving alignment.
- Proficiency with the full marketing technology stack: CRM (Salesforce), MAP (Marketo), intent platforms (6Sense), and campaign analytics.
- Exceptional written communication skills for briefs, strategies, and narratives.
