About the Role

This position will assist in executing marketing plans that drive growth for assigned hospitals/markets, foster community engagement, and communicate the positive impact of hospital services. The Specialist will report to the hospital Marketing Director and collaborate with various internal and external teams, representing the hospital in community engagement efforts aligned with the Tenet Strategic Marketing Group's vision.

Responsibilities

Assist in executing marketing plans to drive growth for assigned hospitals/markets.
Drive community engagement.
Effectively communicate the positive impact of hospital services and specialized offerings.
Build trusting and collaborative relationships with internal and external teams.
Astutely represent the hospital in establishing and maintaining effective community engagement.

Requirements

Strong day-to-day interactions with the field marketing team, communications team, home office marketing team, and hospital administration and clinical leaders.
Establish and maintain effective community engagement within the framework and vision of the Tenet Strategic Marketing Group.
