About the Role
As an Onsite Inventory Specialist, you will serve as Mallory's representative at a customer site, ensuring employees have the necessary safety products and supplies to remain safe and productive. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, solving problems, working independently, and building customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Replenish PPE and other safety products in vending machines, lockers, cabinets, and designated inventory locations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reporting.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Perform basic vending machine troubleshooting and simple repairs.
- Return overstock inventory to the warehouse and ensure accurate accounting.
- Report inventory discrepancies, stock concerns, and service issues.
- Utilize technology platforms including Microsoft Teams, VendNovation, and company inventory systems.
- Respond to customer requests professionally and promptly.
- Perform inspections of first aid cabinets, AEDs, eye wash and shower stations, and emergency lighting systems.
- Document inspections and inventory activity using company software.
- Act as a professional representative of Mallory, providing outstanding customer service.

- OSHA 10 Certification required (training provided if needed).
- Valid driver's license and a driving record aligning with the Safe Driver Policy.
- Previous warehouse, inventory, merchandising, stocking, logistics, or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Ability to regularly lift, bend, walk, push, pull, and perform physical tasks.
- Must have a working cell phone capable of running required business applications.
- Steel-toe footwear is required.
- Pants are required while onsite.
- Required PPE must be worn according to customer site requirements.
- Adherence to all customer and company safety requirements is mandatory.
