About the Role

Join Sephora as a Department Manager (Senior Beauty Advisor) on a Full-Time basis. This is your opportunity to bring your passion, share your knowledge, and make your mark at a leading global beauty retailer.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team to deliver an unbeatable client experience.
  • Act as a role model by showcasing the Sephora experience to customers and embodying Sephora’s DNA.
  • Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
  • Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with management.
  • Facilitate open communication by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the management team.
  • Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters, making confident store decisions.

Requirements

  • Open to working a rotating roster to support store needs.
  • Previous retail management experience in profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
  • Hands-on leadership style focused on motivating, coaching, and developing the store team.
  • Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
  • Commitment to maintaining a strong and positive culture with a focus on feedback, development, coaching, learning, and recognition.
  • Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Ability to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
