About the Role

This role involves recruiting high-caliber professionals by partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, identifying and assessing talent, and facilitating a defined recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for complex and hard-to-fill technical roles from sourcing through offer
  • Consult and strategize with hiring leaders to execute effective recruiting strategies
  • Demonstrate market understanding and adapt as a strategic talent advisor
  • Utilize market intelligence to inform hiring managers on candidate trends
  • Create a positive candidate experience through timely feedback and communication
  • Network through industry contacts, associations, and referrals
  • Execute sourcing using various methods and technology
  • Ensure accurate data reporting on progress outcomes
  • Provide ideas for recruiting process improvement
  • Participate in special projects and task forces
  • Model company values and promote diversity and inclusion

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting or relevant HR experience
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to be strategic, adaptable, and proactive
  • Experience acting as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders
  • Consultative approach with ability to build stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication, organization, and talent assessment skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System
  • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire
