This role involves recruiting high-caliber professionals by partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, identifying and assessing talent, and facilitating a defined recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for complex and hard-to-fill technical roles from sourcing through offer
- Consult and strategize with hiring leaders to execute effective recruiting strategies
- Demonstrate market understanding and adapt as a strategic talent advisor
- Utilize market intelligence to inform hiring managers on candidate trends
- Create a positive candidate experience through timely feedback and communication
- Network through industry contacts, associations, and referrals
- Execute sourcing using various methods and technology
- Ensure accurate data reporting on progress outcomes
- Provide ideas for recruiting process improvement
- Participate in special projects and task forces
- Model company values and promote diversity and inclusion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of technical recruiting or relevant HR experience
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to be strategic, adaptable, and proactive
- Experience acting as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders
- Consultative approach with ability to build stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication, organization, and talent assessment skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System
- Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire
