About the Role

The Store Manager will be responsible for growing brand awareness, developing a strong business, and leading a team. This role oversees store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, and managing operating costs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall function and management of the store on a day-to-day basis.
  • Achieve high operational and merchandising standards.
  • Focus on long-term business with an emphasis on clienteling and client outreach.
  • Achieve sales goals and maximize productivity by understanding and analyzing store business needs and executing actions to achieve business results.
  • Demonstrate ability to self-manage and navigate through ambiguity.
  • Set a positive and productive environment by building a high-performance team and creating a premium selling culture.
  • Participate in all aspects of store operations, including recruiting and training store associates, coordinating store logistics, and ensuring the store is fully operational.
  • Lead the team in performing omni channel services and initiatives.
