About the Role
As a Maintenance Tech II, you will contribute to creating memorable vacations by ensuring all units and buildings are in perfect working order through your maintenance skills and customer service expertise.
Responsibilities
- Apply intermediate knowledge of facilities maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Perform plumbing maintenance on pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs using various methods.
- Replace electrical components such as breakers, ballasts, switches, and sockets, and troubleshoot electrical hazards.
- Complete preventative maintenance programs for all systems, including HVAC.
- Repair interior walls, wall coverings, and ceilings by patching drywall, replacing materials, texturing, and painting.
- Inspect building systems, report deficiencies to supervisors, and adhere to company safety programs.
