About the Role
Zero is seeking a Senior Creative Producer to lead content production and drive studio growth. This role requires an entrepreneurial, results-oriented individual with future-forward thinking and the ability to work across creative disciplines and client needs. You will collaborate with creative and account leads, manage projects from pre-production to post-production, and develop/manage budgets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of content shoots and experiential productions, guiding the team through pre, day-of, and post-production phases.
- Participate in resource planning, support, and coordination across the full content team, including photography, retouching, animation, 3D, and video editing.
- Develop and manage budgets throughout the production process.
- Source and manage partners and resources to meet defined budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for creative production, demonstrating problem-solving skills and communication.
- Inspire clients by showcasing how creative ideas impact their business and provide measurable value.
- Guide small-to-medium, multi-disciplinary teams toward the common goal of executing on-brief creative projects.
- Serve as a trusted advocate to clients, advising on business challenges and opportunities.
- Ensure all executions meet client and user goals.
- Partner with the New Business team to collaborate on new SOWs, provide high-level production budgets, and set key expectations.
- Anticipate and scope new business opportunities.
- Guide clients through the creative process and articulate its value to their business.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal systems and increase efficiency.
- Lead and contribute to the research and discovery phase.
- Lead and develop social strategies that are unique to the market, true to the audience, and genuine to the brand.
- Facilitate workshop sessions with the creative team to collect and define ideas.
- Lead the development of presentations that clearly and effectively tell the story of our work.
- Lead the team in executing effective art direction, social media strategies, and content solutions.
- Effectively manage time and work closely with creative and account teams to manage project timelines.
- Inspire the team to do their best work.
- Serve as a source of support and guidance.
- Consider the team’s diverse perspectives and communication styles.
- Exhibit excellent time management, studio resource management, and planning skills.
- Collaborate and support studio partners and account management in monitoring timelines, budgets, risks, and scope.
- Manage client relationships alongside account and creative leads to ensure client satisfaction.
- Run key accounts on the production and social side, while managing and growing relationships.

- Produced at least 10+ high fidelity photoshoots.
- Produced at least 10+ mid to low fidelity photo shoots.
- Produced 6+ high fidelity video shoots.
- Completed 5+ social content creation productions that included photography, video, illustration, 3D, animation, video editing.
