About the Role

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sydney-based Mid Market Account Executive to drive new logo business and revenue growth across ANZ, leveraging our world-leading platform and a strong partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage prospective customers to identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Run a sophisticated end-to-end sales process from prospecting through to closure.
  • Work with Sales Engineering to devise and execute account strategies and plans.
  • Partner with the Channel Team to amplify customer engagement and expand pipeline building.
  • Work closely with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) function to establish and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Forecast and report pipeline updates with accuracy and operational rigor.
  • Provide exceptional, high-touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues.
  • Become an expert in the Cyber Security industry and the CrowdStrike platform.
  • Consistently exceed established targets and quotas.

Requirements

  • Full sales cycle experience in an account executive capacity with 2+ years of proven net new business generation within ANZ.
  • Security experience is required, with a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and trends.
  • Proven experience with industry-standard sales methodologies.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to simplify complex messaging and communicate clearly.
  • Cold calling experience with a persistent, never-take-no mindset.
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
  • Data-driven approach to forecasting with strong operational rigor.
  • Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce, with an always-on approach to opportunity and pipeline management.
  • Self-disciplined with proven time management, organization, and process discipline.
  • Motivated to learn, grow, win, and succeed.
