Responsibilities

Directing strategic delivery and commercial management, including contracts, costing and client engagement.
Operating with integrity, delivering ethical, financially robust outcomes aligned to net zero ambitions.
Building strong relationships, driving innovation and resolving commercial challenges across the consultancy.
Preparing and administering contracts, certifications, valuations and final accounts.
Providing robust cost control, reporting, claims assessment and commercial assurance.
Managing teams, stakeholders and continuous improvement, driving high performance.
Supporting net zero delivery through informed commercial decision-making.

Requirements

Understanding of present-day issues such as sustainability, social value and carbon reduction.
Strong understanding of industry best practice.
Sound knowledge and ability to undertake and advise on contract administration and contract management.
