About the Role
Leon’s is looking for a self-motivated Sales Manager in Training who is enthusiastic, hardworking, and driven towards success. This role offers world-class leadership training programs to help you achieve your career ambitions and become a successful Manager within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Managing sales team and floor operations
- Training and developing people to build a talent pool of future managers
- Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new associates
- Resolving customer issues to ensure a positive service experience
- Managing daily store operations and ensuring policy adherence
- Ensuring the safety and security of stores, associates, and customers
- Monitoring competitor activities
- Conducting daily and weekly sales meetings
- Preparing and managing sales promotions and contests
- Maintaining open communication with all store departments
- Supporting associates and fostering teamwork
- Liaising with the home office for feedback and information sharing
- Preparing and conducting effective meetings
- Supporting the General Manager and other department managers
- Completing various reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Performing other assigned duties
Requirements

- Willingness to relocate is advantageous but not necessary
