About the Role

You will help to solve some of the most complex security challenges that exist today. You'll probe systems for weaknesses, monitor networks for breaches, and respond to incidents. Responsibilities

  • Monitor, support, and maintain network security infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot network, security, and operational issues.
  • Manage incidents, problems, service requests, and change requests.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Support the deployment and secure implementation of new technologies and solutions.
  • Assess and communicate risks affecting network and security services.
  • Ensure compliance with security best practices, network segmentation, and firewall standards.
  • Support enterprise security services such as patching, endpoint protection, encryption, PKI, and Active Directory.
  • Analyze recurring issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting and automation tools.
  • Maintain documentation for incidents, procedures, configurations, and changes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 operational support coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service reliability and security.
  • Support network and security infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, and lifecycle activities.

Requirements

  • Solid grasp of data networking and best practice security principles.
  • Strong problem-solving, analysis, and deduction skills.
  • Agile approach supporting continuous improvement.
  • Ability to identify, record, document, and categorize incidents, problems, service, and change requests.
  • Ability to define, establish, and convey vision about potential risks to services and adapt to evolving infrastructure.
  • Ability to breakdown and resolve process/system problems and provide modular and easily sustainable solutions.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and seek higher levels of service excellence.
  • Well-honed communication abilities, solid writing skills, strong sense of priorities, and tolerance to stress.
  • Participate with their team to provide 24/7 coverage.
