About the Role
The Field Marketing Manager leads trade marketing execution within an assigned hero market and regional territory. This role ensures national programs are deployed, activated, measured, and optimized, serving as the primary trade marketing representative to drive visibility, customer engagement, and commercial results.
Responsibilities
- Lead trade marketing execution across assigned markets
- Align local activations with commercial priorities
- Drive launch readiness and identify opportunities to improve performance
- Deliver merchandising, visibility, and POS execution across key accounts
- Monitor compliance and identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement
- Lead consumer and trade activations
- Manage agency partners, vendors, and activation budgets
- Partner with distributors and commercial teams to drive activation success
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and support customer engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and trade marketing standards
- Track performance, provide market insights, and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Experience in field marketing, trade marketing, customer marketing, sales, or experiential marketing
- Experience working with distributors, agencies, customers, and commercial teams
- Strong understanding of on-premise and off-premise activation environments
- Experience managing agency partners, activation budgets, and execution programs
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive results without direct authority
- Beverage alcohol, hospitality, luxury goods, or consumer packaged goods experience preferred
- Ability to work in the field or office a minimum of 3 days a week
- Ability to work evenings when events or activations require

- $90,000-$113,000 per annum
