  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from visioning to retirement.
  • Collaborate with agile, design, technology, and risk partners to achieve outcomes.
  • Manage technical features, debt reduction, and modernization for technical products.
  • Define and drive long-term product vision and strategy for a scalable ecosystem.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to establish charters and align enterprise priorities.
  • Own platform capabilities including Salesforce, Agentforce, RIVA, Marketo, Marketing Cloud, Seismic, and Data360.
  • Establish platform design standards and reusable capabilities.
  • Lead matrixed teams across product, technology, data, AI/ML, risk, compliance, and legal.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership regarding platform investments and innovation.
  • Define success metrics and OKRs across customer adoption, performance, and business growth.

Requirements

  • Product management experience.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities and customer needs.
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of software products.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of risk management processes and tools.
  • Experience leading complex platform or product teams.

Salary/Compensations

  • $170,255.00 - $200,300.00
