About the Role

As a Workday Talent & Performance Associate Manager, you will be part of a team of advisory professionals delivering integrated, cloud-based HR solutions. You will help clients maximize their Workday investment by advising on industry standards and best practices in Workday Talent & Performance modules, applying Workday and Accenture methodologies, supporting workshops, liaising with stakeholders, and driving innovation.

Responsibilities

Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices in the Workday Talent & Performance modules, contributing to a functional solution that meets client needs and objectives
Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do
Supporting workshops and discussions on topics in line with your expertise in Talent & Performance
Liaising closely with client counterparts, external vendors, Accenture colleagues and Workday to achieve a robust solution
Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets
Shaping solutions that make use of Workday's native AI and machine-learning capabilities to drive smarter talent and performance processes
Applying Accenture's GenAI-enabled accelerators to speed up design, testing and documentation
Helping clients identify where AI can create measurable value in their talent and performance processes
Contributing to Accenture's growing library of AI-powered Workday assets and leading practices

Requirements

Prior experience implementing Workday Talent & Performance modules as a consultant or driving this in a client organization
Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
Fluency in English
