About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned communications professional to join our Organizational Change Management (OCM) team supporting the ERP organizational change management team and the business process owners. In this pivotal role, you will develop key presentations and communications leveraging experts for both internal and external stakeholders. Your work will be designed around the execution of comprehensive communication plans and change management needs. The Senior Specialist is expected to optimize stakeholder engagement, deliver transparency in the communication approach, and support end-users for successful adoption of new systems and processes, ultimately minimizing disruption and maximizing project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive and multiplatform communications tailored to stakeholders' needs and as requested by the OCM team.
- Craft clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate messaging across various channels, including internal platforms, email, presentations, and Finance All-Staff / Senior Finance Managers meetings.
- Cross-collaborate with project teams, the Project Management Office (PMO), and senior leadership (SLT), and OCM to ensure alignment and integration of communication efforts with overall project goals.
- Proactively identify and manage potential communication risks and challenges.
- Assess the effectiveness of communication efforts and recommend / refine approach to achieve results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Proactively seek input and feedback from stakeholders, incorporating their perspectives into communication and change management strategies.
- Facilitate effective two-way communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations.
- 5+ years of experience in project communications.
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential.
- Experience in the media or broadcasting industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with Finance or System Implementations is an asset.
- Candidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing.
