About the Role
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic projects and initiatives aimed at accelerating revenue, improving the health and quality of our GTM motion, and designing key operating rhythms across cross functional teams. You will partner closely with Ads Monetization Leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that drive the business and our ambitious goals forward. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, data modeling and analysis, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous analysis (adoption, revenue, etc.) of our highest priority products to determine incremental revenue potential and opportunities / challenges for product and GTM teams to tackle.
- Develop quantitative and qualitative insights and translate them into actionable business recommendations for cross functional partners and senior leadership.
- Quarterback quarterly product revenue / adoption goal creation and reporting - visualizing trends via user friendly dashboards and advising Sales and GTM teams on recommended action.
- Lead the execution of strategic projects, from early stage ideas to implementation.
- Shape strategy, work closely with key stakeholders, and project manage the execution.
- Work closely with business units and core ads monetization functions (e.g. Product, PMM, Business Marketing, Sales…) to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate, operationalize and drive execution of projects.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
- 4+ years experience in consulting, strategy, product analytics, or strategy operations role
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using SQL/BigQuery and financial modeling
- Knowledge and experience in digital advertising with strong understanding of business model, key KPIs, etc.
- Data visualization experience (dashboard building via Tableau, LookerStudio, etc.)
- Passion for AI and track record of using AI for data analysis or other day to day workflows
- An operator mindset and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to do whatever it takes to execute, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree
- Passion for technology, social media, and digital innovation.
- Knowledge of the social media landscape and familiarity with Snapchat's products and platform!
