About the Role
ProHealth Care is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate individuals referred for physical therapy services, establish diagnoses and treatment plans, and collaborate with the care team. This role involves re-assessing treatment effects and supervising physical therapist assistants and aides.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates individuals referred for physical therapy services.
- Establishes a physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment.
- Re-assesses the ongoing effects of treatment.
- Collaborates with and provides consultation to others in care delivery.
- Supervises physical therapist assistants and aides.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
- Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
Skills
- Strong orthopedic skills
- Strong neuro skills
- Vestibular therapy experience
Experience Level
- At least 1 year of related therapy experience preferred.
Education Level
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
