Responsibilities
- Drive strategy, prioritization, and product delivery.
- Build impactful products.
- Build products in cross-functional teams with product designers, engineers, and business partners.
- Solve problems for users and understand what drives them.
- Think holistically and solve problems as a systems thinker.
- Think big picture on product strategy and solve detailed issues.
- Be resourceful and scrappy, knowing when to invest versus stand-up fake doors to validate a hypothesis.
- Understand that the best path forward may not always be through building software.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management in a high-paced, agile software development environment.
- Several years of experience in building products at startups in cross-functional teams with product designers, engineers, and business partners.
- Empathic and driven by solving problems for your users.
- Ability to dig deep into user problems and understand what drives them.
- Systems thinker who solves problems in a holistic way.
- Ability to traverse between altitudes with ease, thinking big picture on product strategy and getting into the trenches to solve detailed issues.
- Resourceful and scrappy, knowing when to invest versus stand-up fake doors to validate a hypothesis.
- Understanding that the best path forward may not always be through building software.
