About the Role

As a GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, you will tackle critical challenges facing the sales organization, from shaping go-to-market strategy to optimizing operational processes. You will partner with senior sales executives to assess business performance, derive actionable insights for revenue growth and sales productivity, and lead operational and planning processes. Success requires pairing technical depth with strong business judgment to solve ambiguous GTM problems using LLMs and AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Advise senior sales leaders on growing and optimizing their businesses by making data-driven, actionable recommendations.
  • Perform complex data analysis and share insights using tools like SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce.
  • Build and ship AI-powered tools, including designing, developing, and deploying LLM-powered tools for forecasting, quota setting, territory planning, segmentation, and performance reporting.
  • Automate workflows end-to-end by identifying and replacing high-value manual processes with reliable automations.
  • Lead end-to-end territory planning and quota setting processes.
  • Lead ad hoc and operational projects with regional or global impact, such as territory planning optimization, forecast modeling, and process improvement.
  • Establish strong working relationships with colleagues in GTM Operations and cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with Systems and Business Analytics teams to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and explore AI integration in GTM Operations and Sales workflows.
  • Routinely prioritize tasks amidst ambiguity and unexpected challenges.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, finance, or an analytical/operational role.
  • 2+ years of experience operating with Excel.
  • BA/BS degree in business, operations, engineering, analytics, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience of hands-on experience with generative AI, including prompt engineering and tool use.
  • 1+ years of experience with Python for building and integrating tools and APIs.
  • Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence and drive sound decision-making.
  • Experience in communicating effectively and presenting to Senior Executives.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Experience working in the Ads Tech or SaaS industry.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Motivation to stand out from the crowd and disrupt the norm.
  • Ability to effectively solve complex problems from high-priority strategic initiatives.
