About the Role

As an AI Engineer focused on A/ML-Ops, you will collaborate with the product and tech team to reliably deploy and scale AI-driven features. This role involves productionizing AI/ML systems, building and maintaining MLOps infrastructure, and transforming research into production-ready features with a product-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Productionize AI/ML systems from prototype to scalable, monitored production systems.
• Design pipelines, infrastructure, and tooling for AI/ML systems.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, model deployment workflows, monitoring, and observability for AI/ML systems, including LLM-based and agentic applications.
• Transform research insights into production-ready features through planning, prototyping, QA, and integration.
• Ask deeper “why” questions to uncover root problems and explore creative solutions.
• Take a product-focused approach to build robust, scalable, and easy-to-use solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, MLOps, Generative AI & AI Agents.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying AI-driven solutions in production environments.
• Focus on bridging the gap from prototype to production.
• Strong Software Engineering OR Data Science background.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable experience.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, work within uncertainties, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Communication skills, collaborative attitude, and ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
