Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance according to dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform authorized repairs.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and make safety and reliability recommendations.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Maintain an inventory of necessary technician tools.
• Stay updated on factory technical bulletins and participate in training.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
• Automotive technical training (varies based on store needs).
• Attention to detail.
• Organization and follow-up skills.
• Valid in-state driver’s license.
• Maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
• A passion for cars and customer service.
