About the Role
Oversee the smooth operation of our community, ensuring an exceptional experience for residents and fostering a strong sense of community. Prioritize move-in satisfaction, renewal acquisition, and serve as the primary liaison to the Support Services Team. Collaborate with the Sales Leadership team for seamless customer transitions. Create a welcoming environment, organize resident appreciation events, and maintain an engaging social media presence to build a vibrant community.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely response to resolve or escalate resident issues.
- Lead resident package management efforts.
- Prepare move-in day documentation and inspections for a seamless move-in experience.
- Conduct post-move in communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Service Manager to monitor the Work Order Program and conduct follow-ups.
- Process monthly invoices in adherence to the Procurement Policy.
- Monitor expenses and adjust spending according to monthly operating budgets.
- Detail monthly variances in the operating statement and provide recommendations.
- Assist in the management of Funnel CRM queue.
- Ensure the success of unguided prospect tours.
- Review maintenance schedules to handle move-outs and prepare for move-ins.
- Manage the notice to vacate process, including paperwork and system actions.
- Partner with the Prior Resident Support team by providing necessary information.
- Oversee the execution of the Move Out Inspection within the inspection software platform.
- Facilitate the promotion and administration of the TIDY program.
Requirements
- 2-3 years sales experience in a retail, hospitality, or multi-family environment.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working in a multifamily environment and/or property management operations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 required.
- Weekend work may be required.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft 365 product suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams).
- Working knowledge of property management and prop-tech systems.

Salary/Compensations
- Starting at $34.13 or $70,990 annually.
- Full range is $34.13 - $42.65 depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
- Average monthly bonus potential is 20% of base salary paid out quarterly.
- Total Starting Annual Compensation Potential: $85,188 ($70,990 +$14,198 bonus potential)
