About the Role
This role is key to managing the company's financial health through cash flow management, liquidity forecasting, financial reporting support, and strategic risk management. You will collaborate with various teams and external partners to optimize treasury operations and support high-impact financial initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily cash positioning and liquidity management activities
- Monitor bank account balances and treasury transactions
- Support wire transfers, ACH activity, and banking administration
- Prepare banking documentation, signatory records, and compliance files
- Support debt management, investment tracking, and intercompany funding activities
- Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate recording of treasury transactions
- Assist with treasury system maintenance and process improvements
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports for leadership
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and company policies
Requirements
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with treasury management systems (Kyriba, GTreasury, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Exposure to banking platforms
- Understanding of financial statements and cash flow analysis
- CTP, or progress toward certification is a plus
- 1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
