About the Role
The Business Central (BC) Delivery Director is responsible for leading the successful implementation, optimization, and management of D365 Business Central solutions and the delivery team. This role requires a dynamic leader who can bridge technical expertise with business acumen to ensure that our clients achieve their desired outcomes. The Delivery Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide clients through the implementation process, and provide strategic insights to maximize the value of the D365 Business Central platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of D365 Business Central implementations, from project planning through to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and clients to identify business requirements, providing expert guidance on how D365 Business Central can meet and exceed those needs.
- Develop, document, and continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance service delivery, documenting best practices, and contributing to the knowledge base.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for clients and teams, providing consulting services and leveraging deep system knowledge to offer recommendations and solutions aligned with client goals.
- Provide regular, clear, and concise project status reports, and engage in proactive discussions with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Lead and facilitate client and team meetings, conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, from staff level through c-suite.
- Act as the main point of contact for all D365 Business Central-related inquiries and issues, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure client and employee proficiency in D365 Business Central functionalities.
- Stay informed of the latest D365 Business Central releases, features, and industry trends, advising clients on leveraging new functionalities to improve operations.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Business, IT, related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with D365 Business Central implementations.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role, managing teams, and overseeing client engagements.
- In-depth knowledge of D365 Business Central configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving complex technical issues.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for effectively conveying product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Experience leading and managing others with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, motivate others, and drive collaboration.
- Client-focused with ability to understand client needs, pain points, and buying behaviors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, adapt to new technologies and market trends, and quickly adjust strategies as needed.
- Travel for Armanino business and clients, as needed.

- $197,700 - $269,400 (Colorado)
- $217,500 - $296,300 (Washington, Illinois, New York, Southern California)
- $227,400 - $309,800 (Northern California)
