About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support our expansion in the United States. This role involves managing store operations, ensuring a positive customer and employee experience, and identifying areas for process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the sales floor and motivate the team.
  • Act as the leader on duty in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
  • Ensure store standards reflect the company's brand image, values, and culture.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on POP MART's characters, products, and company history.
  • Support marketing events, including in-store events, pop-ups, conventions, and new store openings.
  • Assist with RoboShop business operations and follow up with relevant personnel and partners.
  • Improve store sales performance and meet key performance indicators.
  • Drive sales of key products such as Blind boxes, MEGA, and accessories.
  • Execute Visual Merchandising and Marketing directives.
  • Install marketing decals and props, and set up new merchandising planograms and fixtures.
  • Remerchandise the sales floor based on product performance.
  • Manage back-of-house organization, inventory, receiving/transferring of goods, and conduct inventory audits.
  • Work specific days depending on Visual/Inventory Management responsibilities.

Requirements

  • More than 1 year of store retail experience.
  • Supervisor or leader experience preferred.
  • High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
  • Experience working independently in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and implement new standardization directives.
  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift).
  • Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as unpacking boxes, tagging items, and stocking shelves.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment that may require quick movements and multitasking.
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions, including stockroom and receiving areas.
  • Manual dexterity required to operate standard stockroom tools (e.g., box cutters).
  • Flexible and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Enjoy learning new things, assisting customers, and contributing to a strong team culture.
