About the Role

We are seeking Sales Associates to enhance the customer experience and drive sales within our stores. This role involves understanding customer needs, recommending products, providing detailed product information, and closing sales. An interest in designer toys is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and inquire about their shopping needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on POP MART's business, characters, products, and company history.
• Provide product recommendations and information to assist customer decisions.
• Process customer transactions using the cash register.
• Assist with product shipment deliveries and organize the stockroom.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Drive sales of key products like Blind boxes, MEGA, and accessories.
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a great customer experience.
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift).
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as unpacking boxes, tagging items, and stocking shelves.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment that may require quick movements and multitasking.
• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions, including stockroom and receiving areas.
• Manual dexterity required to operate standard stockroom tools (e.g., box cutters).
