About the Role
Save-On-Foods is Western Canada’s largest grocery retail company, committed to its core values and known for its World Class Team. We are hiring for a General Clerk at our Austin location in Coquitlam, BC.
Responsibilities
- Go the Extra Mile for customers and fellow team members.
- Operate a cash register.
- Share product knowledge with customers.
- Ensure the department is well stocked and presented.
- Ensure only the freshest products are displayed.
- Handle customer service inquiries and provide a positive customer experience.
- Clean equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Use a variety of equipment, including knives.
Requirements
- A passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.
- A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
- Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to Go the Extra Mile.
- Retail customer service experience (considered an asset).
