Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
- Respond to service requests with professionalism, urgency, and a resident-first mindset
- Complete preventative maintenance and apartment turns to ensure quality living experiences
- Maintain clean, safe, and attractive grounds and common areas
- Support emergency maintenance needs, including participation in an on-call rotation
Requirements
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel between local communities as needed
- Maintenance experience in apartment, residential, commercial, or related environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
