About the Role
Griswold Home Care has immediate openings for Caregivers, CHHAs, and CNAs in Camden County. This part-time, hourly position in the healthcare/medical field offers the opportunity to provide compassionate and quality care to clients in their homes, making a difference in their lives and gaining hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Monitor clients' care and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties.
- Help prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship.
- Maintain documentation and communicate regularly with the care team.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, related to caregiving and client care.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
